I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Victoria Massengale and Michael Maguire. They are extraordinary real estate agents. Not just good or great—truly excellent. Throughout the process of buying my new home and selling my old one, Victoria and Michael made smart, strategic decisions, shielded me from stress, were respectful of my time and schedule, managed other agents beautifully, and juggled offers intelligently and ethically. They got me into my new home with minimal stress and sold my old one for much more than I ever dreamed I would get—largely because they knew the market so well and were able to capitalize on my former home’s strengths. To whom it may concern: No matter the reason for a sale of a home, it's stressful. The decision to sell my home came after a divorce. I was overwhelmed and in over my head to say the very least. My friend and the business manager had highly recommended Victoria and Michael. I was reluctant because I knew several realtors and didn't know if this was the time to "try someone new". They single handily staged my home (so beautifully I regretted selling), discretely listed it and sold it in a week. Which is why (after my fast sale) I also hired her to find me a new home.. Which she also did with the same efficiency and professionalism. Not only do they have amazing taste but they listened to all my needs and did all the footwork. Victoria and Michael also had strong relationships and resources for anything I needed on both properties as they were in escrow at the same time. They took care of everything. From inspectors to electricians to specialists needed. They both worked tirelessly day in and out... All the while keeping their positive attitude and sense of humor intact. Not only did they find me a great home to start my new life but left me with a lasting impression. Victoria and Michael are not only good people with an amazing work ethic but they’ve experienced realtors that really eased the stress of buying and selling my home during a very difficult time in my life. My experience in working with Victoria and Michael was wonderful. I had never bought property in California before and they laid out the process clearly.
