Victoria & Michael represented us when we sold our house in The Oaks (Hollywood Hills) in the Spring of 2022. Their expertise of the area and market trends were impeccable. They gave us excellent guidance on when to list our home to maximize and how to prepare our home for the sale. There were no shortcomings - from generating upscale marketing materials and a website with beautiful photography, to their willingness to come over prior to our first open house and clean the floors with us, to fresh florals and fruit brought to decorate the home during photography and open houses. No doubt that they are always willing to roll up their sleeves with a smile. Additionally, they have a wonderful rolodex of vendors to assist with preparation - from cleaners to handymen, all who serviced our house with the same level of integrity that we would have wanted should we had been on the other side if purchasing our home. When listing our home, we had certain conditions that we required - specifically a rent back. Victoria and Michael were amazing at how transparent they were with potential buyer and communicating our needs upfront. They did so with transparency, professionalism, and congeniality. We continually praise them for the amazing job that they did representing us and our needs with grace and steadfastness. Once we were in escrow - the process was a breeze. They accommodated our busy work schedules and came over in the late evenings to finalize paperwork and disclosures. Their guidance was paramount - shared with us alongside laughter and maybe a glass of wine :) After we closed, they treated the new homeowner with the same level of care and compassion that we had received from them. They assisted with the transition, transfer of services, and answered any questions they had - even more so than the buying party's own agent! They gifted the new homeowner with a 'welcome home' care package for their first night - completely unexpected and exceptionally thoughtful. I know this is a long review - but that is how much we were impressed by and appreciate Victoria & Michael.

When people say how stressful it is to buy a house, I wish they could have worked with Victoria and Michael. Compared to how many people I know who struggled through home ownership, our process was seamless, smack in the middle of pandemic. Victoria was patient as we looked at several homes and she suggested only places she knew we could afford and were in our desired neighborhood. Once we found our dream condo, everything went so fast. She had a great inspector and referred us to a capable mortgage broker. It should be noted that the selling agent was also a Compass broker and he and Victoria had a wonderful working relationship. I love my condo so much. I strongly recommend working with this team. Be patient, it’s a wild real estate world out there.
